No point really I would say. Although there was an arbitary cap of £25k in place in pre-2006 Consumer Credit regulation, anything above £25,000 was unregulated unless the court deems otherwise. You borrowed £25,000, so I can see a court and the FOS agreeing that the agreement is subject to the CCA.
(Incidentally being covered under the CCA actually gives you as the borrower more protection than if it were unregulated)Best Regards
