Hi all

Sent in my final forms to Natwest after having got an agreement in principle over the phone. They should have got them yesterday. Anyone know how quickly they turn things around?

Cheers

    thanks phoenix
  • I got one recently, was refused over the phone so went in to my branch and spoke to someone. She couldn't understand why it had been refused originally, sorted it out and put the money in my account there and then.

    Thanks guys.

They should have got my forms, along with supporting documentation on Tuesday - any idea how soon I'm likely to hear anything?

Turnaround was only a couple of days for me. I guess it depends on how busy they are and how efficient the advisor is. I've always had a very good relationship with my contact at Natwest so perhaps she made a special effort with me?!

    Thanks Phoenix.

My agreement in principle was over the phone though, nothing through branch. So, forms have gone to central point.

    Anyone else?

Forget the question guys, I've just seen the funds arrive in my account.

    Thanks for your help.
