< i don't know what that means.
anyway no i am not a man called ian (i'm just from edinburgh), and no, at no point did i say that i NEEDED the surgery. i am not here for moral qualifications. just financial advice.
what is a reasonable amount of money i CAN borrow on my income? half that?0 -
Besides that, everything you spend money on is going to increase the interest on that loan. You'll be giving away at least £5k, more realistically a multiple of that, to noone.
Sorry could someone explain this further. If I keep up with my repayments, why will I be paying a multiple of the agreed interest rate?
And why will everything I spend money on increase the interest?0 -
not even half of that until you have a good work history and some assets behind you. The best people to ask are a) your own bank or b) (FOR THE THIRD TIME) the medical practice.
Can you just go and ask the medical people please??Debt free 4th April 2007.

Is Ian the name you are GOING to be called??
Anyway, with only 6 Months of employment history, a record of regularly exceeding your overdraft limit and a Student Loan to repay you are going to find things difficult to obtain even a mediocre amount (£2-3k).
You live at home so have more disposable income now than you will ever have when you start your own life.
Sorry but I think your plans need a massive re-think - and take some medical advice too.0 -
So first of all you need £25k then half of that will do. You earn 25k and don't pay rent or for food or buy your own clothes?
The fact you have no credit card or any bills in your name doesn't do you any favours on the credit scoring front, if you choose carefully you might be able to find someone to lend you 10K.
I earn the same as you and in your situation I could probably save around £1400 a month if i really needed to, do that for the next 8 months will take you to August and you'll have £11,200 plus interest, take a risk and put it in a stocks and shares ISA and you could have a whole lot more!"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
Why will the NHS not do it?0
