2 properties both settled by end 2011, credit card i never used. i find saving makes the purchase more meaningful0

Mortgage.
No longer have credit card debt or HP (although I would like a new sofa later in the year).0 -
Mortgage onlyWas a 40 a day smoker for 20 years.
Decided to give up, and haven't had a fag for 12 years.
Halfway through losing six stone.

- mortgage (less than 1.8x Earnings)
- (£500) 2x Chest of Drawers, 32" Sony per hotukdeals John Lewis (0% Virgin purchases until Nov 2011) To be paid off before then
- Window Cleaner 2x£2.50
- my mum £8k Borrowed to reduce LTV on house and save 2.2% on the Mortgage Interest Rate (now paying 2.5%) (only £1k to repay now), although she reckons its only £7k.
- Usual Credit Card ebt to be paid off before due date circa £250-£800 per month
