Hello I am new to the site and was wondering if any of you experts could help me with my new cookworks breadmaker.
The instructions Argos suplied are useless and we have not managed to make a decent loaf of bread, (the instructions are for a 1.5lb or 2lb loaf and mine has the options of 0.5kg 0.75kg or 1.0kg loafs. the measuring cup is in ounces and the instructions are in grams.
Not being completely useless i have converted all the measurements but it still doesnt work.
I have contacted argos who cannot help and i gave read the reviews and everyone who has bought one has had the same trouble.
Does anyone know of a receipe that would work?
I really dont want to have to buy another one but miss my fresh bread!
(i hope i have posted this in the right place)

take it back, get a refund (instructions don't work) and buy a panny
We have the panasonic SD254 and it's produced yum bread all the time
(once you add dried milk powder to their recipes, of course)

i've got a cookworks one ( the signature range) and never had a problem. but then i never really cook bread in it. i made dough and make bread rolls, or garlic bread's/ pizza.
i'd say tho if your really not happy , take it back.0
