I have just recently been successful in obtaining a refund from a fee to get a loan from a company called tenant loans thanks to the help from this forum...

my mother has done the same mistake in paying an upfront fee of £50 to a company called advantage loans PO BOX 4002 poole, dorset. I would like to know of any success stories of refunds from this company if there are any..especially a direct email address to the person responsible for dealing with refunds.

I would like to help my mother get her money back.

If you go to the website blagger.com and type in the company name then it may be able to help. That is where I found the name for Tenent Loans.

Ok I have just looked it up for you and it's the same guy. Seems it's the same group again, so just email him again with your Mother's relevant details and it should be sorted too. And never pay fees for stuff like this again!!!!!
