My iva has been accepted god knows how ...due to a smelly divorce and bad advice i ended up 90k in debt creditors voted 83.4% in my favour ,i do not own a house or a flash car so have no real assets for them to deal with they accepted 18p in the pound and i know pay back 22,800 pounds on my iva .A big thank you to payplan who were fantastic all the way thru and where very supportive i know it wont be easy but at least i can see light at the end of the tunnel and know can sleep easy at night ,also the support of all those on this sight helped me greatly take the first step in clearing my debts....if anyone has questions about up and coming iva i will help as much as poss passing on information i have learned along the way...thank you all

Well done for getting sorted. I have just over 1 year left on my IVA and can really see the light at the end of the tunnel. The time will pass quickly, so stick with it, budget well, and you will come out on top!!!0

That's really good news! Well done! :T I know you were worried about it being accepted so this must be a big weigth off your shoulders!
The time will fly by and you will at least have peace of mind about it all from now on.
Excellent result

Great stuff!
A massive result and I know just how great you feel.
An important point to remember that although IVAs seem a comparitively easy way out they're not right for everybody's situation and anyone considering one MUST speak to CCCS or Payplan for free advice to make sure it's a good option. Don't get fleeced by some money-grabbing debt company without your interests at heart.Debt as at 12th July 2006 - £61,345
Debt free 21st Oct 2011.
