    I love lavender and I'm not an old lady :(

    Has to be good quality stuff though that has real lavender in it, e.g. L'Occitane, not cheap stuff that's had lavender fragrance added to it.

    It's not a waste of £3 if people are buying it for someone who will like it. Just because you don't like it doesn't make it a waste of money for everyone.

    I haven't bought one of these sets but I have to say.... I also love lavender and I'm not old! (The Organic Surge lavender hand cream I bought the other day is lovely)

    I think it's only associated with old ladies because it's such a classic fragrance. You could say the same about rose scented products, which older ladies also love, but that didn't stop Paul Smith, Stella McCartney & others making rose-based perfume fragrances which are worn by fashionable young girls!
