Compost heap jelly

I was watching River Cottage a few days ago and there was a lady on there making compost heap jelly, which was a preserve made from orange peelings.
For the life of me I cannot find the recipie. Does anyone know it?

I remember the episode - I think it is still available on 4oD if you wanted to re-watch it. As I recall, it included not only orange peels, but lemon and apple peels too - ie stuff that would normally get chucked on the compost heap!
