I'm having a lazy morning watching the box!

Going out to do a radio skills course this afternoon, then have a party to go to tonight, so not much time for comping! :eek:

happy weekend my lovelies!

im now utterly fed up chasing up a prize I won on 18/12/10
its became a joke - 9 odd empty promises etc
prize was to be used in January.
but they keep saying we've posted them out,done lots of several emails, phone calls.
each time she calls she says sorry, last week she said oh yes I knew I was meant to send but
we wanted to get 'the presentation right'
I said what presentation??
you're only putting 2 vouchers in the mail
she said I know but we still have to get it right?
what?
well I told her on Wednesday I am literally fed up chasing & she said
I now assure you they are being posted out today 1st class ...you will get Thursday
ha ha! Saturday & still not here!
ive just emailed & said please 'keep them' I can do without this hassle
am I right?

I wouldn't let it go on principle. I know you said vouchers, but they should extend the date for you for at least another month. Failing that there is the complaints ombudsman?

Personally I never give up chasing something I believe is mine. I took on Royal Mail when they were telling lies about a win of mine - it took 3 months but I made them pay out. Don't give up red.
