I'm still full of flu was meant to be at a 40th birthday meal at TGI Fridays tonight but OH's had to go without me ... sofa, duvet and Turner & Hooch for me.

I only have 1 day left of my hols from work so hoping I feel better so can actually do *something* during my time off, although OH is back at work tomorrow :mad:

Hope everyone elses 2011's have got off to a better start than mine :eek: xxx

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all well now. Have taken our tree and decorations down now and ready to get back to normal! Always seems a bit depressing after all the exciment has finished! I have changed my screensaver to a scene from the beach at Los Cristianos (Tenerife) to try and cheer myself up. Some of our best holidays have been spent there and going again in October. So far all it has done is make me sit and gaze at the screen wishing I was there but you never know!
Lovely day here so going for a walk along the river soon. Have a good day and be lucky.
