Evening all - yep been away again for a while - got too damn busy with work and school pta to have time to comp - well back again gonna stick to the running and comps for a bit:rotfl:

it arrived last week, the box was all bashed in & when i opened it, one of the side clips was missing, there was no shelves in it either i chased after the courier & told him, he said the box had collapsed while in transport & he had put all the 'bits' back in :mad::( he then just got back in the van & drove off
so i found the petplan site, checked through the postings on the
thread for it & still had my wem, then had to phone them (as no email addy to contact them with regarding the advent comp)
in the t&c's they say they're not responsible for the delivery of goods received so was not very hopeful on sorting it out

but, when i got through to the guy who ran the advent comp for them, he was marvelous, i explained what had happened, he then phoned me back & said they were very sorry & would be sending me another one in place of it :j
i asked if they wanted me to send the other one back with the
courier when i received the new one so they could 'see' the state of the box & contents, he replied he'd check it with the guys who supply the prize, then phoned back again to say we could keep the other one & use it for 'spares' or whatever
the new ones being sent out tomorrow so hopefully should get it tomorrow pm or tuesday :j
must say they were very good, helpful & most apologetic about any upset i'd had through it :A
even said they hope to be doing the comp again next year as it proved to be very popular
so hopefully all will be ended well with it :j

There's nothing worse then when you get a parcel delivered and it looks like it's been kicked to your house from the other side of the country.... :eek:

Hi all :wave::wave:

I've had such a busy day, went to the beach with the doggies & also to visit my friend who's on maternity leave (she's due in 2 weeks) but has recently been in hospital with pneumonia (sp?). I took her a big stack of books to read.

Then I've tidied the house, got all the work clothes washed and lunches prepared for tomorrow, sorted my Avon delivery out AND done all my comps back up to date :j:j

I am determined that i WILL win something tomorrow, I WILL I WILL I WILL!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
