well took down the decorations & switched things around a bit since i cant afford to redecorate
went a wee power walk evry day for past 3days though my coccyx is still very painful
will call advice doc tomorrow to see if im doing more harm than good
but ive been out my exercise fresh air zone for 4 months with no exercise
mentally it was fab for me
physically, perhaps not so

has every xmas advent winner been contacted?
i was kinda hoping for some new running shoes/gear.

I've just checked my work emails (hate going back when I don't know what to expect). I had 59 emails but managed to get it down to 37 by deleting off spam and the 'your inbox is full' emails. Celebrating with a Baileys coffee (the diet starts tomorrow:eek: )

yummie, Im having a caramel baileys at moment also got the hazelnut Baileys at hand "these comps def. work for the promoter", Yes back to work tomoz if I can Kick this wine flu, its nice to have have caught up with comps till middle of Jan. at least we have got lots of bank hols to look froward to and spring isnt to far away plus its getting a little lighter each day now.
