    Thanks for asking Crin where both doing fine I've been teetotal for 4 weeks now so the baileys sounds absolutely lovely

    I have been on a diet to try and reduce my high blood pressure and cholesterol for 4 weeks now and have cut back on fatty foods and high salt content and haven't touched a drop! :beer:
    all the talk about Bailey's is making me ever so thirsty though so I guess that I will have to go and brew myself a nice cup of tea!

    I have lost 12 lbs in weight and only have another 57 lbs to go to get to my ideal weight :eek:

    it appears to be working as before I went on the diet my blood pressure was 160/100 now it has dropped to 130/85

    Alice will get the results from her test's on the 23/02 so I guess we will know then whether she has dementia or Alzheimer's

    Amilucky, my Cholestererol, is 9.6 as we speak... :eek:
    BP was rather high on monday... :eek: but came down somewhat by thursday... Thank god, thanks to double BP tabs dose... :T

    I'm quite pleased with myself at the moment don't know how long I can go with out having a drink though!

    after watching MU tonight I was awfully tempted to get a few beers but managed to resist I'm glad to say

    I'm going to have to go now cause I've still got some comps to do sorry is such a short visit
