    Not too bad. The grass will survive without being cut (Mr GG busy with other tasks) - I may not survive when I cut it when I get back though :rotfl:. Seeing tenant is most important from what is left.

    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
