I love unicorns:smileyhea they do always make me think of a really old film though - A Kid for Two Farthings - and exclaim "it's a unicorn!" with a really pish cockney accent:D

I have been doing the C word :xmassmile. Ordered bits'n'pieces for a few folk, including Mr GG :hello:.
Got a good alternative for 1 hamper. Wait to see how big it is when it actually arrives (I know the measurements but you know what I mean. I hope)

Thanks to Cotswold Accountant today I have mostly been ebaying.

Well, thanks to Cotsworld Accountant, 20 items photographed and listed on the bay of E . One item has 4 watchers already but as it's something I got free from a mag sub I expect it's all MSE'ers seeing how much they can get for theirs :rotfl:.
Very busy week coming up, will be glad to see Friday teatime . Heating setting changed from 'all day' to on and off twice, which marks the end of the weekend and makes me very sad.

I really must start sticking stuff on the Bay of E (didn't get anything through a mag sub so won't be the item you're selling, gallygirl). I do have a load of stuff round the house I could get rid of. I was thinking I'd list two items per weekend - it might sound silly only to do two but I do loads of stuff on my weekend (cooking for week ahead etc) so I don't have the mental space to do much more, if that makes sense.
Re the heating, cold at the mo, isn't it0 -

I do find it easier to grit my teeth and get it over and done with. Yesterday I relisted a few things then took all the photos and uploaded to PC. Finally sat down and wrote all descriptions, weighing them for postage as I went. It then was relatively quick to list one after the other so I actually felt I was making progress. 9 watchers now, plus 2 on another item and a £1.99 bid on another. Getting rich quick here :rotfl:.
Forgot to mention that current tenant in btl 1 moves out at weekend - and new tenant walks right in the door behind them . No cleaning to do as she's desperate to get in and happy for builder to do work once she's in :T. Only downside is she is on benefits full time so house insurance is slightly higher (classed as higher risk as at home longer, which is fair enough). Nice enough girl though and having heard about her previous place I can understand why a bit of mould is not putting her off .
Have got a bit behind in saving electronic copies of bank statements so that will need to be next weekend's job before they disappear forever.
Next weekend is also Xmas shopping day with Mr GG. Less of aand more of a
but I've promised him a nice Indian meal at the end of it :T.

Can not believe it is a year since I first "hi-jacked" your account (which forced me to find it - about post 1176)
Like I said then shopping will be easy if we can go our different ways (and I might have a Chrssie sing song to myself)
PS - please wear a watch this time as I don't want to force down the dessert in record time (oh, forgot - won't be a dessert this time if you are picking up the tab) xx0
