Interesting development on btl I want to sell. Couple would like to buy it, timing may be right if they have some time to save deposit. We've agreed to get it valued and see if it is feasible. Would be great all round but can't see it coming off tbh. Here's hoping though :).

Pension update finished . I'd made a lot of changes before hols and hadn't updated spreadsheets, plus have added country weighting which took a LONG time.

Other accounts to do but as sun is shining will do some gardening till later :).

I'm toying with the idea of a BTL (or two) by using some money out of our ISA's (since the interest is rubbish)

But we can't decide to do it soon or wait till we are MF (think 10 years to go or 3650 days)

Wondering where to start researching etc
