2 years ago we accidentally bought a houseSorry, you've probably been asked this many times but what's your debt to Mr GG?
. Mr GG put up most of the funds so I am paying him back , money going off mortgages. So, financially I'm indebted to him, but he is indebted to me in so many other ways
. As I occasionally remind him
.
Out with friends tonight. Total sleep since 6am Thursday = 1.5 hours. Looking forward to a wild night :rotfl:.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

GG, do you and Mr GG have seperate money? Am always intrigued as how does it work?.
Im quite fortunate as DH has the same attitude to money as me and I also wonder how it works if one half is a saver and the other a spendthrift. Gosh think thats a whole debate on its own...
I currently earn more than DH since going full time with my extras being very significantly more, and even when part time my earnings where comparable /slightly under but I have earnt less for several years before that. We entered our relationship with similar savings. My DH attitude to the childcare has improved massively since going fulltime although its still defintely an area thats mine to sort,Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... Hope you have caught up on the sleep.... I wouldn't be coping if I didn't have at least six hours!Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -
Helen we're only together at weekends so yes, separate money even though we have broadly similar attitudes. Houses owned jointly though.
Sleep back to normal, i.e. awake 1/2 the night as usual
