Not too shabby at all GG, although you must have nerves of steel running with four mortgages.
Obviously only having the three will be a piece of p**s to you:DFebruary13 - £74990 (or thereabouts)
MND - Let's go for 2020 'cos it's got a nice ring to it:D

This afternoon I will mostly be ripping CD's so I can transfer them to my very first MP3 player :T.
Well, actually, I'll copy one over and make sure it works before doing any more . As long as I don't close the wiki.answers page telling me how to do it .
Also, as remote control for speakers is around 2cm by 7cm I'd best order some spares :rotfl:.
I wonder if Jollification by The Lightning Seeds will fetch much on Music Magpie. Somehow I suspect not.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

No... but compare and contrast with Zapper... parcel up two boxes and it'll be a few pound for OPing plus some space/decluttering satisfaction for good measure.MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -
Am in lurve with Alfie Boe* :smileyhea. New album is 69p cheaper on MP3 than CD. But there are no second hand CD's for sale. So surely I'd be better buying the CD then bunging it on the MP3 and selling the CD? And another is £3.79 for the CD and £8 for download so still better off with CD. V puzzled
* Only with a beard though. Cos when he doesn't have a full beard he looks like Donny Osmond and we all know there's only one Donny Osmond :smileyhea.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Morning GG, I was a David Cassidy chick, far more rugged than the baby faced Donny. I do get the Alfie look alike thing though, he needs the rugged beardy thing IMO.
Looks like your CD collection may temporarily grow whilst you find the classics

Em, yes. Make yourself a drink and pull up a chair.........
#1 btl took out on late mum's hosue to give DD deposit for her house.
#2 btl
#3 btl (but actually a 2nd mortgage on own property)
#4 own mortgage.
To be fair, total os is around 120k so not as bad as it sounds.
Complicated by the fact Mr GG and I accidentally bought another house last year , but he largely funded it so I need to get back to all square with him. 58k behind . So, the plan once #1 is paid off is that:
- we both make normal monthly payments on #4
- rental income takes care of #2 & #3 mortgage payments
- I OP like crazy (in reality into savings)
- 58k should be paid off by March (??????) 16
- In the meantime Mr GG saves to build up own pot. Bunging it into premium bonds at the moment :T
- By the time I am level with Mr GG net mortgages will be around 20k
- Mr GG and I both OP, all paid off by Sept 16
- Mr GG and I naff off to Spain
Got it?
Bet you wish you hadn't asked :rotfl:.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Whoop whoop for 18 days! I didn't realise you were a BTL tycoon though GG, in fact I'm not sure why I thought you had 4 mortgages !! Naffing off to Spain sounds fab!0
