KC, your op sounds very similar to the one my exH had about 3 years ago for arthritis in his shoulder, and which was very successful.

Have a good day - "adventures" and all!!

    Thats good to hear, Hypno!

Okay, done the hour of paid work. Also spent ages on my paperwork project, a walk for my health's sake (found another new footpath :D) with the focus of looking for pine needles to mulch down for my little blueberry plants ... off for a cuppa now, and ready to do more stuff this afternoon.

Hi honey, I've just been ranting on your thread :o:o:o

Yes, life was grand yesterday - I love that word :j to me its Yorkshire :j

Lets see, what mse stuff yesterday?
    - carried on rescuing an older lavender plant from overgrown grass.
    - meeting with colleague.
    - one hour paid work.
    - mahoosive tidy up of the kitchen - discovered some leftovers frozen for so long I don't want to eat them :o will have to get a system going for that, I think.
    - Sainsbo - some supplies to use now, and some stocking up of basics done. With a voucher for **triple** Nectar points :D
    - wrote an email to my accountant explaining *quite* how low my income was, and asking if there was anything she could do to help me lower the accountancy charges. That was quite difficult, but necessary.

Today, there was going to be lots of paid work, but most of it had to be shuffled off to tomorrow, so just one today, and thats on the phone - I'm starting to realise I'd be fine about continuing this work if more of it were phone based, so I'll look into that. So, jobs for today:
    - one hour paid work.
    - email to client
    - some work in the garden - immediate choice of continuing to faff around with the lavender, the weeds at the back of the *other* lavender, clearing the area for the bluberries, or clearing the grass in general. Oh the choices :p, how wonderful they are :p

    Back later
    xxx

ETA - and another job for today is to wash the two quilt covers I threw my cup of tea over last night :o:o:o otherwise known as falling asleep ... they're in the w/m right now, I really must stop doing that ...

Some EAP providers do a lot of the phone based work. Have you thought at looking into that?

And I just needed to ask how did you spill your tea of 'two' quilts? me nosey? :o

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:its nothing interesting, I guarantee you! I use two quilts - comfy first thing, but I'm a bit of a furnace at night, so I throw it off .... :o:o:o I wish I could tell you a sterling story of acrobatics and lust and danger, but .... thats the truth right there :rotfl:

EAP work ... I have a supervisee who does EAP work, and I've looked very seriously at doing it myself - I truly couldn't fit what I do into that kind of scheduling, it just wouldn't work. And the clients would be left much worse off than when they started. Tho possibly if it was online/phone work, I'd be able to adjust. First thing is a short course adapting to online work, tho - thanks for the suggestion!

Just popped back on cos I'm *trying* to eat the biggest frog I've got - updating my website. And can I find the email I so carefully printed out about how to do it? I cannot. I'll try to do it using the web host's FAQ, but I may be gone some time ...

I found the email .... doesn't help with the log in issue I now have .... and I've found a load more corrections I need to do on the site. Oh well.

In my travels around the web, tho, at least I found I've sold one of my more expensive books I have listed, its a normal size book and I'll get £8.50, hurray!

Thanks miz! I emailed the firm, they've sent me a reply and I had a quick go, but I don't think it cures it .... I'm just going to have something to eat and try to sort it properly.

I've also gone back to my blog (green blog) and altered the title, like Pippi altered hers, as most of what I'm thinking about is the garden at the mo.

    Email to client done.

Work in the garden done - lavender clearing, sweeping up leaves in the front, and even a bit of weed collecting at the front and a bit of grass into the compost too :)

    Session work completed.

    Amazon book posted off.
