How do you class your wins?

I was just wondering how you all classed your wins into the different months.

If you get a WEM in February saying you won a competition that ended in January, do you class it as a January win or a February win?

Or if you get a WEM in January for a competition that ended that month but the prize wasn't delivered until February, what would you class it as then?

Just curious about people's systems for categorising

i tend to class it when i get my wem, or find out about it

I usually go by when I receive a letter or email to say I've won. If the prize just turns up then I just go by that date instead.

I only list the value never the month, not that there was much to list last year :mad::mad:

sometimes i cant remember when i entered or when the closing date was so i always classify it as when i first hear that ive won.

I class my wins from when I hear i've won.

Unless its a suprise win - then it's from when it just turns up

soon as i get a wem/wtc or letter

i also class it from when i'm informed & make a note of the date, so if i have a prize that does not turn up i can chase it up 28 days later

I never class a win untill it has been delivered to me. At the moment I am chasing two wins that I was informed about in November.

I class a win when I hear about it or when it is delivered by surprise, though one of my first wins has never arrived which was 2 months supply of purina cat food. So maybe I will wait till they arrive this year (fingers crossed I win any). Though the excitement will probably get the better of me if I get a WEM or WTC and I will class it immediately..lol
