I got a phone call this morning from CCCS following my message to them yesterday when I told them I had paid my DRO fee. The guy ran through my draft application again with me on the phone, and we amended my fuel costs (upwards of course with rising costs especially of heating oil) and my food bill (downwards to compensate) and he then submitted my application electronically to the Insolvency Service. So that's it, my application is in. The IS will hopefully pass my application, then write to me and eventally my creditors to inform us of the DRO, although I will be able to check the IS register myself to see if it goes through, that way I will know quickly
