    I made a lovely chicken casserole today in the slow cooker - L!dl chicken thighs with skin removed before cooking, tin of chopped tomatoes, bag of value casserole veg reduced from Tatco yesterday, herbs & spices - had it with chilli rice - and it was yummy - and very filling. Going to freeze a portion (or two if Mr 3Dogs doesn't get to it first) so that is two meals for him when I am up at Mam's ;)

    anyway cheer me up. what are you doing tomorrow? i cancelled saturday with erika so i can finish (and start marking).
