Get yourself off to bed petal - can you manage to get some sleep with all that pain? Hopefully, you have very goof pain-killers, but there is a limit to what you can take, and sometimes it just isn't enough, is it?

I just can't believe that it is just 8 pm - it feels sooooo much later - I have just had my hot chocolate and cereal supper :eek::eek: Mr 3Dogs has gone to bed as he is up at 4 am in the morning to go to Essex for an auction tomorrow with his mate I will be staying in bed, in case you wondered Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13
