    Kit its ok have sent your new Number to Susan & Miche Plus updated Andy's phone. So no probs 4 you to do it..

    Sorry guys - another friend rang for advice on her computer as it had 'froze' and it is very difficult to help her as she doesn't actually listen to what I am saying - for instance she thinks that 'close down the computer' means close the lid of the laptop, even though I have just told her what to do, and have told her umpteen times before :mad: Think we got it sorted now though - well I hope so anyway :p:p

    Must be hard work trying to explain how to sort out her computer.
