    problem is DH loves takeaway, well chinese takeaway. And very occasionally kebabs, in the process of trying to save money, I thought I would try to make our own takeaways, and I can try making them low fat, so good for both of us.

    When I see ex miners I am always really shocked by how much older they look & of course some of them are very unwell.
