im not stopping long, ive got to go out and drop some deliveries in a few minutes, but got some amazing news today, that my dad's offered to give me £500 every time that i lose a stone!!!!

No Steve, we've got to make our own I can only eat homemade ones, so I know they are 100% lean beef, well, with a little chopped onion and herbs/spices
