No spend days so you go to work and dont spend £5 a day on coffees and coke like i used to.Instead you take your own snacks to save money.

eg a loaf of bread is £1 and ham is £3 you can have that in a week for £4 whereas sarnies at work are £2.50 and 2 teas or more in my case add up to well over a fiver a day.
