Andy, :hello:
say thanks to Steve for me, if he hadn't mentioned to 3Dogs about the cheap meat weekend at L!dl I wouldn't have gone there and bought the week's meat.
Saves me some money as don't have much left until pay day 5th, so can just buy veg, bread and milk to top up for week.
I am going to have to start shopping around a lot more than I have been. It is just a hassle with DS as he gets bored very quickly and doesn't want to go shopping at lots of shops, the only thing he enjoys is the shopping trolley, pushing the basket or the bus rides. Especially bus rides at the moment  he dictates what bus we get, especially if it is not heading home!
Am just going to have to be smart about shopping, notice L"dl had cheaper garden peas for the size of tin, just need to check Netto, but think they are cheaper, and then will stock up on pay day. DH only likes garden peas, I don't and he doesn't like me buying frozen grrrrr.
consider steve well and truly thanked. Agree with you about shopping round...for instance tomato ketchup is cheaper at Mr.T's (basic range) than at Mr.L's. veggies are always cheaper at a market if u have one handyEating sensibly to try and lose some weight0 -

WE certainly have to spread our food shopping around the stores these days, to get the best of the bargains, and are going to Lid£ a lot more than we used to, in fact we hardly ever went there before but my brother used them a lot when I was up there and then with Steve and Andy shopping there too, I realised how good they were and their offers are fantastic

My nan and auntie were poor at their job. They were ok as people, just rubbish at being what they were meant to be!
I love elivis films!! I think it had more to do with the fact a lot were on TV around his birthday or something that related to him when i was young and had A LOT of time on my hands.0 -
