    Pudding's your idea of going up and down stair's has incoureged me to use the stair's more at work,so thank's for the idea.

    I am sure that I toned my legs up when I was a Mam's those 7 weeks, using the stairs, as we live in a bungalow at home - and it helped with the weight loss when I was there too :j

    Also in a bungalow,but got 4 flight's of stair's at work,so planty of scope to get exercise in.
