Yes I had a good day,managed not to spend any money, decluttered a shelf in my pantry, still got to do meal plan:eek:, check coupon thread ready for shopping on wensday, see what delight's I can get off market.:D
Pudding's your idea of going up and down stair's has incoureged me to use the stair's more at work,so thank's for the idea.
I am sure that I toned my legs up when I was a Mam's those 7 weeks, using the stairs, as we live in a bungalow at home - and it helped with the weight loss when I was there too :jMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
