    I'm feeling good actually. I had a really good evening last night which was very much needed! I'm now printing loads of photos from when i was 18 to now, so thats 6 years worth which is taking me a looooooooong time.

    The only thing i want to sort out is my career. Im umming and arring over that leisure job. I don't think i know enough to do it, but apart of me thinks i should just go for it anyway.

    Hows ted? and the walk?

    Evening guys - hope everyone is Ok today

    Well, as expected, I didn't get up and go to the car boot with Mr 3Dogs this morning at 6.40 am - I stayed in bed, with his 'permission' ;) I actually got up at 9.30 am, walked the doggies, fed them, popped to my friend/neighbour and asked if I could use her car I was getting shopping for her too, she was more than happy for me to do so, so off I went. Called into Lid£ for some pork loin chops 4 for £1.49 the weekend offer of pork chops were already gone then Tesco over the road for neighbour's shopping and a newspaper for next door stall holder, and went to the car boot, which is nearby

    Mr 3Dogs was having a really good selling day, which is very good with our weekend away starting on Friday :j :j Just started to rain as he was finishing off packing away, so he was lucky with the weather :D

    Aesop, I've only got one item listed on eBay too, though I meant to list more :o:o and I list individually, Puds, as the items I list are so different - it does take time, with the photos, packing, weighing, calculating postage, before you even start to actually list :eek:

    Ted= excellent thankyou for asking
    Walk= excellent also - no clouds - no ice or snow on the paths - hot coffee - good company - arrived home with the same number of feet and paws as when we left - so couldnt be better!
    A lot of people blagg their way through jobs that they dont know much about, if you dont know all of it to start with then wont you pick up the bits that you do need along the way? That reason on its own shouldnt be the thing that stops you from going for it me thinks

    Hi 3dogs :-) im glad you got a lie-in followed by a dry and profitable day.
    how many days a week does your hubby go carbooting?
  • hi all, glad Mr3dogs had a good day selling [STRIKE]you[/STRIKE] at the market. DId you notice the teabag offer at Mr L's? A bag of 1100 teabags for £9.99, was thinking it would be a good bargain for your neighbour. I know you dont need to but t bags! Hugs

    Susan sorry shop ran out of what you wanted. Glad you rested and that Alan's car boot went well.

    Ted how was walk?

    Vix sometimes it is worth fillling the blooming application forms in for interview practise (never remember is it a c or an s?????) and maybe this job will give you experience for the big tourist job you want. Any jobs going in TIC's ? it's a way in.

    Steve has sent so many jokes but am not going to read them till i am stressed and need to chill.

    With all this talk of what man does to man, man to animals, etc, I get more upset by that sort of thing than almost anything else. When you see or hear what some people have done to a dog or cat or any animal, to children and to other adults, you really do wonder what life is all about - how can people do these things?

    You see pictures from the Nazi concentration camps and you wonder about the value of life. Or an animal cruelty case. Or child abuse. Or even simple vandalism - it makes my blood boil and pulls me to my lowest point in wondering what it is all for?

    But then you see kindness, caring, love, valour, courage ...... and you remember the good points of life, and that gives me hope again, generally :o
