Lets see if THIS link works. It shows the statistic of men named Markku by their time of birth. The total population is around 5.2 million. I have lived in UK now for almost 11 years.
Ok the link didn't work. So first on the right hand corner it allows you to change the language to English. Then on the left hand menu there is option called First Name Search, click that, put the name you want in the search box hit search and you should get your stats.
So it seemed most popular in the 40's and 50's and 60's tailing off after that - is there any reason for that Marru? Was there a film star, famous person in the 30's or 40's of that name? Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13

Don't have a clue. My name peaked at the latter half of sixties (you can now guess how old I am). In the Finnish shcool there is a little boy (2-3) called Markku so I think the name is coming back now. Really logging off...byee...."Everything will be alright in the end. SW - I have been trying to find some material that would go with your new sofas. This is not exactly what I had in mind but is quite close
Nice fabric Marru - it also means that you never need to get off your sofa to do your online shopping.
I zapped your fabric with it with my tesco scanner and it put bread, milk and marble cake into my shopping basket :-)
