Is it from life of Brian? I love that film and can't understand why it would be offending.
I have been reading a book called Beyond Chocolate and have found it really good, will recommend highly. They have a website with some free download stuff as well, I got some mealplanning stuff but haven't printed them out as yet. Must do it now..."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

I went to see the show in the summer. It was amazing.
Is 'beyond chocolate' about eating chocolate or is it healthy things? I can only be healthy now. Dr is worried and i have to be good. ooops gotta go.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
It is similar to Paul McKenna stuff. It has certain "rules" on how to approach food and eating to stop the diet mentality and to learn to listen to your body."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
