    Hey gang.

Hope your mum is a wee nbit better really soon 3dogs.
sw~Might your crying be linked to low blood sugars.
puddings~I wobble due to the cerebral palsy.
My knees are so sore today I feel sick.

That is exactly it with Mam Beanie - it is just a matter of a little bit better or a little bit worse and it make so much difference to how she is :D

Do you take pain-killers regularly for the pain Beanie?

I take muscle relaxants every day.
Try not to take anti inflamataries or painkillers every day.

Hi beanie - sorry i though you were just wobbling cos of a bit of podge

SW/Boultdj The kenko vouchers, are these the 50p ones from tonight's email? I think theres another kenko voucher about as well - will see if i can find it.
I used to have a way of getting almost unlimited copies of couponstar coupons, havent tried it for a while, but if anybody wants any more copies of any particular one then please just send me a link to the promotion and I'll have a try see if the loophole got fixed, then will print a pile and put them in the post to ya.

On that subject, if anybody shops at asda, i spotted a loophole in the 10%asda price promise voucher thing too thats being promoted, thread for it is here.

Have you tryed a hot water bottle/heat pack on your neck? If it's warm instead of hot it can help relax the muscle's and take some of the pressure off the nerve.

OK, to be honest, although we would love to come down as soon possible, the weekend of 5th/6th Feb would be best for us - so, if that's OK, we'll make it then :j :j :j :j

Boult, yes, I actually have a neck massager which I use alternated with a warmed up wheatie thing and it does help - it's just sometimes, I can't be bothered to hunt it out :o:o
