Evening guys - back from slimming club and we've had our dinner

I was amazed that I'd lost 2 1/2 lbs, despite those chocolate reindeer at Mam's last week, not to mention the box of mint chocs However, Mr 3Dogs put another 1/2 lb on We are both fully committed now to stick to the plan this coming week though, so he's hoping for a good week

When we were reading the papers at the car boot cafe, we noticed that Lid£ had stawberries for 99p in their Monday Madness, so, inbetween classes, Mr 3Dogs nipped down there and bought 5 punnets and they look lovely too - yummy yum yum - good auld Lid£ oh and Mr 3Dogs picked up 2 of the 99p bottles of beer while he was there, for tonight

Just about to put DD to bed. I know it is late but it seems impossible to get home, feed her tea, get her changed for bed and read a story in an hour. Must try harder

I don't know how people do it. I can't imagine starting to clean the house now or to do anything else for that matter.
