Has anyone tried to get a mortgage through them and got any cashback.

I am in the process of using them at the moment. So far the service seems very good, they keep you informed by email and through their on-line tracking tool.

They even let me know that the bank of scotland rate that I was after was being stopped so I managed to get my application in before the rate closed.
