Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew of any companies who consider applicants with previous bad credit.
All of my debts are settled now, and I havent missed a payment for 5 years, but I do have defaults on my file from November 2005, so they won't drop off till November 2011.
thanks

Could be options for you at that kind of Loan to Value.
Best to see a 'Whole of Market' broker as not all lenders offering the deals are available on the high street direct to customers.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
