The answer (AFAIK) is that it can be - I think their are three power card meter tariffs - the flat rate normal one, an Economy7 one (cheaper at night) & an Eco-friendly one (same price as std tariff).

We switched to the power shift nearly a year ago daily spend went from about 1.60 per day down to 1.20-1.40 per day. we well worth it.0

Don't forget that when the clocks change again that the powershift times change as well. They move forward an hour so the most expensive time is between 5pm and 8pm.:hello:0
