they rang to say orders been cancelled as they are now oos! Oh well, slightly disappornted but what can i do!
I had this too.
Ordered 2 different packs a couple of weeks back and was expecting them to be delivered any day now. They called today saying they'd cancelled my order as they don't actually have any stock left!?! So I wasn't expecting anything but half an hour later one pack turned up. I'm glad I got at least some of my order but am also annoyed that they let me order something they couldn't supply and then left it so long to cancel and let me know

I've received the four-pack of briefs but bras still saying due on 14th. They rang today to say one of the £2 cardis was oos but the other was ok. Impressed that they rang actually, Debenhams just sent my order with a delivery note saying OOS now for the one item I actually wanted!0

Yeah I guess it's good that they at least called, as a basic courtesy, but it's frustrating that they left it so long. Didn't really get an apology though - the CS girl sounded very abrupt and could've at least pretended to be remotely interested!
Dont mean to sound whingey! I am very pleased with the pack I did get but if I'd known, at the time, that they couldn't supply the other pack, I would've ordered 2 of the same when I had the chance.0 -

mine have just arrived- gutted that the cheap pack was too small for me as i ordered that size in sorbet before but had ordered a cupsize up in another sale pack and they fit plus my daughters fit her too so utter bargain:T***MSE...My.Special.Escape***0
