I have joined this site specifically to thank you for putting this competition on the board. This year has been really tough, and even tougher for my mother, so I've been giving her any money that I earn that would have been "spare", and just managing on the minimum. I've had money to cover my bills, but no luxuries. So I started doing competitions to see if I could get a few extras, and I've won some small things, which have pleased me enormously, but nothing big. This week I bought a few toiletries from Boots and entered the receipt on the Visa competition and I've just been notified that I've won a £2000 card. I can't tell you how I feel. I'm going to give some to charity and the rest will pay bills - and maybe let me get some sale buys. I'm almost in tears - thank you so, so much. I hope I can help you to win something soon.

I think you are all such lovely people. I'm sure that anyone would feel a bit wistful - everyone would like to be a winner themselves - but (with a few exceptions) everyone on these boards seems genuinely glad for other people's good fortune. I wish you all most of all a healthy 2011, but then a happy and successful one. I hope we all do really well. Thank you again.
