Need help for Shared Ownership Mortgage

Can anyone advise who accepts discharged bankrupt for a shared mortgage (4 years ago). I had one default after bankruptcy which has been settled one month ago but I am still being refused a 50% shared equity mortgage - help please??

  • Have you tried a morgage advisor ? Try to find a whole market one, that does not charge then one that charges, if no luck

Bankrupty? Default not put right for several years? Shared ownership?

It's a horrible proposition for a lender. I'd be gobsmacked if a broker can place it.

    Sorry.
