1. The Free Prize Draw will close on 30th April 2011.
2. One winner will be selected at random after this date from all entries.
3. Prize: seven-night holiday (two adults 18/over) to Tenerife in a minimum three star hotel with bed and breakfast. Return flights are from London Gatwick, accommodation is based on sharing a twin or double standard class room, insurance is NOT included. Prize must be booked before and taken between Sept 2011 to April 2012 excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter, all dates subject to availability at time of booking. All travellers must have a current EU passport. Travel to/from Gatwick, any other costs or expenses not included (winner's responsibility).
4. No whole/part cash alternatives. Prize is non transferable.
5. Competition is restricted to entrants 18 years of age or over.
6. No correspondence can be entered into on any matters arising from the Competition.
7. Names of winners and results of Competitions will be available after the competition has closed on receipt of a request enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope marked “Tenerife Prize Draw Results” to 67 Beach Road, Kewstoke, Weston super Mare, BS22 9UR.
8. If the winner of the prize Draw is unable to take up a prize for any reason We reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever.
9. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. Management reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
10. The judges' decisions are final in all matters concerning the Prize Draw. It is a condition of entry to any Prize Draw that the entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules and that the decisions of the judges on any matter whatsoever arising out of or connected with the Prize Draw are final.
11. A copy of these Hollybush Hotels Ltd Prize Draw Rules (2011 Edition) may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope marked “Standard RulesRequest” to 67 Beach Road, Kewstoke, Weston Super Mare, BS22 9UR.
