Anyone know if I can aexchange something in the body shop without a receipt?

I got a body shop set as a Christmas gift but I don't really like it (I know its horribly ungrateful) but I really like other body shop stuff. I'm just wondering if I can exchange it for something else even though I don't have the receipt? I know some shops do it, anyone know if body shop does? There is no body shop that close to me so I don't want to try it without being confident of success!

Hi, most Body Shop stores are owned by franchises so may have their own rules, but I have always found them most helpful, as long as an item hasnt been opened etc I havent had any problems swapping items. May be worth phoning in advance to check at the shop you're going to go to. hope this helps.

if it's gone in to the sale they will only exchange it to the value of the sale price without a receipt

I got a Body Shop set for my bday (November) and they let me change it without the receipt. Hope you get yours swapped okay.
