Callcredit online statutory report - problems?

Hi,
Just wondered if anybody had tried (and failed) to get a online statutory credit report (£2) from call credit recently?
I tried last night and again this morning and it keeps saying payment failure, check card details and I've double/triple checked and they are right!

Hi Ash,
When I tried to get mine online with CallCredit - it also kept failing.
I thought it might have had something to do with the fact that I couldn't enter enough addresses on the online form to cover the last 6 years.
I downloaded the form and sent it off with a cheque, it took longer than expected to get it back (probably because of all the bad weather), and I got it the same day I also got a letter from them saying they'd had problems processing my report and they'd get it to me as quickly as possible!
Not sure if any of this helps!
Thanks,
Jen0 -
Ok, thanks Jen.
That's weird, I have had one online before. I think there is some problem with the payment mechanism on the website, I've changed my bank account you see and it keeps pulling through my old acount details.
Snail mail is just so much hassle, I bet I wouldn't be having the same problems if wanted to sign up for one of there pay monthly credit monitoring products!0 -
Callcredit want a Pin number from me in order to log in. I haven't received one and haven't received a response to my email questioning it. I was hoping for the immediacy that you get with Equifax and Experian, since we're going to see the mortgage lender in two days. I signed up last week. So far, not very impressed - and since you sign up using bank details that allow them to take money from you every quarter, a bit concerning too.0

Hi Ash,
I'm having the same problem. Tried two different cards. I've e-mailed CallCredit ... but the auto-response only promises a reply in 28-days.
Glad to find out / confirm it's obviously a system problem though!0 -
Ive had enough of this company.....absolutely useless and no way of contacting them to report anything. Im am due to move house in less than a week provided this company get their act together! With a young baby the last thing we need is to be faced with having nowhere to go since giving notice on our current property and the bank hol wkend this week gives us even.less time!
After days of waiting for a pincode and spending ages chasing up.some kind of contact number....some of you may like to know you can speak to someone at CallCredit on 0113 2441555.
Also, bewarned....my dad knew he had a clear credit record after being a landlord himself and owning a business however Experian showed his report as excellent and clear. CallCredit however, said he had adverse history...........figure that one out!?????!
Good luck dealing with these.....0
