Endowment Advice Please

If you're not happy with the offer you've received you should write to the Financial Ombudsman. Go to their website and follow their complaints procedure.

Sorry, didn't mean to upset anyone, but this was my first post and as I said, I wasn't sure how to go about it.
Thanks to ceivegz for the reply, but have already contacted them and they couldn't help as the endowment began in 1985, I wondered if there was another organisation willing to help.

No there isnt. Its before consumer protection existed. If you have any more questions, please add them on your own thread.
