That's a turn up for the books with The Abbey. When my wife and I remortgaged after moving up the property ladder in May, we couldn't borrow more than 3.0 x joint. Thankfully we found a house that fell within our reach.0

I hope the prices dont crash, if they do I hope it doesn't happen for at least 2 more years as me and my girlfriend really want to move out of the valleys to put our son in a better school
