Right to Buy council houses mortgage

hi all
ive now been offered a RIGHT TO BUY on my council house for 130k i have searched on here for information regarding the best lenders etc but cant find any info...

does anyone know of who does Right to Buy mortgages also i dont have very good credit either?

    It's very very difficult to get a mortgage, the banks simply aren't lending.

    What sort of deposit has the OP got ?

    Why do you think you do not have a very good credit rating? Any CCJ's? Any defaults? Any missed rent payments?

    Right to Buy is not straight forward so you may be better seeing a broker if you are not confident dealing with it yourself

    ive got a default and 2 late payments on my file which i know is not good.

    i thought that right to buy is a simple process but looking in to it it seems like it isnt

    When was the default and for how much?
    Late payments on rent? If so when were they?

    Right to Buy is like anything else. It is straight forward if you know what you are doing with it. If not it can become difficult.
