woohoo i have 'perfect' vision! Very healthy eyes and apparently probably wont need glasses until well into my 40s! Pleased with that!

Have booked the kids in for eye tests next week - OH has awful eyesight so want to check the kids are okay. DD1 gets a lot of headaches so defintely worth a look!

So i can cross - Go for an eye test off my 101 list!

My friend fed the kids lunch and i got 2 meccano bargains in the argos sale!

I hope everyone is well x

  • I turned the heating right down, I'm not even cold so that'll save some pennies :D and I haven't left the house so have spent no money on stuff I don't need :T

tumble drier has died though but is luckily under warranty still. I guess the bright side of that is I'll be forced to use the clothes horse which'll save money on electric.

    Good News:

Re electric debt - Long story short
Left my flat with a debt (loooong story).
NPower sent the debt to Moorcroft
Moorcroft said if I paid x they would write off 1/4 of the debt
    Paid
Called to confirm that the balance is £0 in December 2008

Last night got home from work to a letter from NPower demanding the balance.

Called NPower and vented my frustrations of this not being sorted out. Girl said she would have to come back to me. Gave my mobile number for them to call me.

Called Moorcroft to confirm the situation and again vent my frustrations of this not being sorted out.

No phone call so called NPower when I got home.

Guy looked on the computer and confirmed that the balance on the a/c is £0 as £112.50 has been writted off!

    YAY :T

    Bad News:

My mobile was delivered, signed for by a neighbour but they have gone out  might have to put an emergency £5 on my PAYG mobile just in case ;) But then might be handy to have it as a spare ;)
