Can you give me the link to where do you buy the food you mention? How much does it work out per day? My dog is 40kg in weight, she eats about 350g Orijen per day which works out juzt under £40. I got enough for another 3-4 months as always ordered in bulk (delivery charges) so got some time to prepare (if I really have to).
Thanks a lot
I order cat food from zooplus, their prices tend to be pretty good (though Orijen works out a bit more expensive than what you pay.).
They sell one called "Taste of the Wild", which is grain-free and for sensitive tummies. At £2.57 per kilo, that would work out to £27 for the 10.5kg that your dogs eats. You also get 5% back if you go through Quidco, taking the price down to £25.65 per month. They have free delivery on orders over £19, and I think there is also £3 or £5 off your first order (though this may have been replaced by a 10% off deal they are currently advertising on their website for subscribing to their newsletter).R.I.P. Bart. The best cat there ever was. :sad:0 -

Not quite like that, with Orijen my dog eats less per day than other Brands recomend to feed their own food, some cheaper brands I looked up worked out more expensive if you work out how much you have to feed per day...
Taste of the Wild I would have to feed 375 gram per day so a 13.5 kg bag would last 36 days, price per month works out at £34.50 per month not £27 per month... Orijen works out between £35 and £40 per month, depending where I get it from, how much postage etc etc.. Not very much difference considering that my dog has a funny tummy ...
I order from Zooplus too actually0 -

Iv heard good things about Taste Of The Wild. Not tried it but heard a lot of dogs do well on it.
Even if your still getting Orijen then cant you go through the cashback site to zooplus and that will bring its price lower than the £35-40 per month?0 -
Hi Grumpyoldwoman,
Ive been reading through your early posts and wanted to see how you were doing. Some people were really harsh on you, you were only asking for some advice, help and support. At the end of the day if you dont want to go along with their advice its up to you.
I did my first diary/post today and the first reply was negative, I was called OCD and living like a pauper, I was a bit surprised
I wish you all the best of luck livin on just £65.00 per week.
It cant be easy and I urge people to offer useful advice and not negative thoughtless opions of which they know nothing of your life and circumstances.
All the best
