Kurt Geiger - awful customer 'service'

Wonderful experience of Kurt Geiger...

First, I waited in for a full day for them to collect the shoes I wanted to return and eventually, their staff realised they had sent the driver to a different address, despite obviously being delivered to my address in the first place.

The second time I waited in for a full day and the driver finally made it an hour after the allocated time ended. Turned out he had been told not to come until the afternoon, despite the fact I was told I had to wait in all day.

Then to complete the utter shambles that was shopping with them, they had the cheek to decline my cashback because...I 'cancelled' my order :mad::mad::mad:

Never again!

Surely you did not expect them to pay cashback on an item you had returned?

I only expected it on the items I kept

Many merchants will only pay out cashback on a whole order. Figleaves is another that springs to mind.
